Advice For Holding Wedding Ceremonies In Essex

By: Dominic Donaldson

Getting married is one of the most special moments in a couple's life, but organising it can be an incredibly stressful experience. We asked some newlyweds in Essex what made their wedding ceremonies that bit extra special and what advice they would give to brides and grooms to be for their big day.

Tina and Martin, who got married in Essex just two months ago believe that wedding ceremonies should include everyone that are friends or family of the couple; the more the merrier. They recommend choosing a venue that can cater for a large number of people and provide facilities for people to stay. They got married at a country club where there was also a whole host of activities for guests the following day.

Holding wedding ceremonies at large country hotels is ideal if there are people travelling from the other side of the country, or from overseas. The space and facilities allows guests to arrive at their own leisure and feel fully refreshed for the big day. There is often a honeymoon or bridal suite available, which means the bride and groom can stay somewhere special after the ceremony.

Brenda and Nigel held their wedding ceremony in Essex three weeks ago and found that the best thing money could buy was a wedding coordinator. Neither bride nor groom wanted to feel exhausted on their wedding day, so rather than try to cope with the stress, they hired the services of a coordinator. Coordinators are able to take care of everything from invites to cakes and their years of catering experience means that they will ensure that there is the right amount of everything you need.

Hiring the services of a professional may make the day a little more expensive, but their expertise is unparalleled and will mean a lot less stress on the family. So many couples say that they felt tired on their wedding day, and still felt like they should be organising everything that it detracted from the day. Wedding coordinators offer flexible services and are usually willing to do whatever you want to make the day that bit extra special.

At the end of the day, wedding ceremonies are unique events that are tailored to meet the specific desires of two people. Rather than getting tangled in the organisation of everything, take a moment to remember that the day is meant to be about love and families.
